This is an opportunity for the pharmacist to discuss with you the medicines you are taking. This service helps patients understand their medicines better. e.g. How and when to take them, side effects etc. Patients also get an opportunity to ask questions. We will listen to you and any problems you are having with your medicines, provide advice and support, and if necessary contact your Doctor to discuss any issues that arise from our conversation. This is a free NHS service and does not need an appointment.

We supply medicines within a monitored dosage system for your prescribed medicines at the right time each day to get the most from your medicines to control your condition as much as possible.
